Las empresas comerciales que pongan en servicio los franqueadores de que se trata, no tendrán derecho a la devolución de valor alguno que haga parte de los portes registrados, sino en el caso de franqueadores errados de los cuales no se haga uso, y para el efecto, presentaran al empleado respectivo que haga de registrar los nuevos portes, las piezas o cubiertas equivocadamente porteadas, las que serán anulados y el valor respectivo sumado en el registro de la nueva consignación, dejando constancia en el comprobante de que trata el artículo 17 del Decreto número 1829 de 1930.
