Las casas comerciales que obtengan permiso para poner en uso franqueadores automáticos, con el fin de portear al mismo tiempo que su correspondencia postal la telegráfica, deberán consignar en la oficina respectiva, simultáneamente con el valor de los portes postales que registraren, lo que corresponda a los portes telegráficos, los cuales se sumaran a los primeros para el efecto del registro en el franqueador. Dichos portes deben ser calculados cuando menos para un mes.
