Cuando la resolución del Ministerio decida que los bienes son ocultos pero improcedentes las acciones, tiene el denunciante el derecho de ejercitar contra esa providencia la acción ordinaria administrativa, distinta de la prevista en el ordinal f) del artículo 30 del Código Fiscal.
