Decretada la caducidad de un contrato sobre bienes ocultos, se dispondrá sacar copia de lo conducente para pasarla al respectivo Agente del Ministerio Publico, o al empleado que designe el Gobierno, a fin de que ese funcionario promueva las acciones civiles o administrativas tendientes a reivindicar o hacer efectivos los derechos materia de la denuncia. Puede constituirse un apoderado especial cuando se trata de derechos oscuros o litigiosos que requieran particular diligencia, para que en nombre del estado demande la efectividad de aquellos.
