Transcurridos seis meses desde la fecha de la última gestión hecha en una denuncia de bienes ocultos, se ordenará archivar la actuación correspondiente previa anotación en el libro radicador. En la misma providencia se decretará la caducidad del contrato, si fuere el caso.
