La participación que corresponde a los denunciantes de bienes ocultos se fijará en cada caso entre el Ministerio y el contratista, teniendo en cuenta lo dispuesto en el artículo 29 del Código Fiscal, y tomando por base la estimación de la cuantía hecha bajo juramento por el denunciante, según lo prevé el artículo 7° de este Decreto. Si al verificarse el avalúo indicado en el artículo 6° resultare que el precio de los bienes recuperados excede de la cuantía fijada bajo juramento por el denunciante, sobre tal exceso sólo se reconocerá a éste como participación el uno por cierto,
