Cuando los bienes que vuelvan al patrimonio del Estado por las gestiones del denunciante fueren muebles o raíces, se avaluarán por peritos nombrados por el Consejo de Estado, a petición del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, inmediatamente que se encuentre en firme el fallo definitivo.
