El porcentaje estipulado a favor del denunciante se liquida sobre las sumas de dinero que entren al Tesoro, o sobre el avalúo que se dé a los bienes recuperados por peritos nombrados de acuerdo con las leyes y reglamentos, cuando los bienes hayan entrado a formar parte del patrimonio del estado, por virtud de sus gestiones.
