°. Cuando el denunciante dé un bien oculto resida fuera de la capital de la Republica, presentará el memorial de propuesta, ante la primera autoridad política del lugar de su domicilio. En este caso, el denunciante debe constituir apoderado para que lo represente ante el Ministerio, en todas las diligencias relativas a la denuncia de acuerdo con lo que prescriben las leyes de procedimiento civil.
