DESCUENTOS A FAVOR DE LAS ASOCIACIONES DE PENSIONADOS. Para efectos de los descuentos a favor de la respectiva agremiación de pensionados de que trata el artículo 5º de la Ley 71 de 1988, las asociaciones de pensionados deberán acreditar ante las empresas, entidades o patronos, que satisfacen pensiones, la vigencia de su personería jurídica y la representación legal, mediante certificado expedido por autoridad competente. Así mismo acompañarán la autorización expresa y escrita del pensionado, presentada personalmente ante la entidad pagadora o en su defecto, ante notario o autoridad política o judicial del lugar de residencia del pensionado.
