CONDICIÓN DE ESTUDIANTE. Los hijos estudiantes de 18 o más años de edad, deberán acreditar la calidad de tales, mediante certificación auténtica expedida por el establecimiento docente reconocido por el Ministerio de Educación, en el cual se cursen los estudios. El cambio de carrera o profesión por razones distintas de salud, hará perder el derecho a la sustitución pensional.
