ESTADO DE INVALIDEZ. El estado de invalidez se determinará de acuerdo con la ley o los reglamentos del Instituto de Seguros Sociales y se calificará por el servicio médico laboral o de salud ocupacional de la entidad de previsión o patronal a la cual corresponda el reconocimiento de la pensión, o en su defecto por el servicio médico que la respectiva entidad hubiere designado.
