Articulo 13 . PRUEBA DE LA CALIDAD DE COMPAÑERO PERMANENTE. Se acreditará la calidad de compañero o compañera permanente, con la inscripción efectuada por el causante en la respectiva entidad de previsión social o patronal. Igualmente se podrá establecer con dos (2) declaraciones de terceros rendidas ante cualquier autoridad política o judicial del lugar. En caso de vínculo matrimonial del compañero o compañera permanente que reclame el derecho a la sustitución pensional, se deberá presentar la respectiva sentencia judicial sobre la nulidad o el divorcio, debidamente ejecutoriada.
