Articulo 12 . COMPAÑERO PERMANENTE. Para efectos de la sustitución pensional, se admitirá la calidad de compañero o compañera permanente a quien ostente el estado civil de soltero(a) y haya hecho vida marital con el causante durante el año inmediatamente anterior al fallecimiento de éste o en el lapso establecido en regímenes especiales.
