Articulo 11 . DERECHOS DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS DE LA SUSTITUCIÓN PENSIONAL. Al cónyuge sobreviviente, al compañero o compañera permanente, a los hijos menores o inválidos de cualquier edad o estudiantes de 18 o más años de edad, a los padres o a los hermanos inválidos, con derecho a la sustitución pensional, se les harán los reajustes pensionales proporcionales a que haya lugar y tendrán los beneficios y las obligaciones establecidas en las leyes, convenciones colectivas y demás disposiciones, consagradas a favor de los pensionados.
