Articulo 10 . RELIQUIDACIÓN DE LA PENSIÓN DE JUBILACIÓN. Los empleados oficiales a quienes se les hubiere reconocido el derecho a la pensión de jubilación y no se hayan retirado del servicio, una vez producido éste, se les reliquidará dicha prestación, tomando como base el promedio de los salarios devengados en el último año de servicios.
