º BENEFICIARIOS DEL REAJUSTE. Tendrán derecho al reajuste de las pensiones de que trata el artículo anterior, aquellas personas cuyo derecho se haya causado y estén retiradas del servicio o desafiliadas del régimen de los seguros sociales obligatorios en los riesgos de invalidez, vejez y muerte y accidentes de trabajo y enfermedad profesional.
