Articulo 1 º REAJUS TE PENSIONAL . Las pensiones de jubilación, invalidez, vejez, incapacidad permanente parcial, compartidas y de sobrevivientes, de los sectores público, privado y del Instituto de Seguros Sociales, se reajustarán de oficio y en forma simultánea con el salario mínimo legal, en el mismo porcentaje en que éste sea incrementado por el Gobierno Nacional.
