Transferencia de otros bienes . Cualquier persona natural o jurídica, pública o privada u organismos internacionales de cooperación, podrán hacer donaciones o entregar bienes, servicios o transferir recursos, al Fondo de Defensa Técnica y Especializada de los miembros de la Fuerza Pública, a título gratuito sin que se requiera para ello el procedimiento de insinuación. Estas transferencias no otorgan a quien transfiere la condición de fideicomitente.
