Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 86 de este Decreto, derógase los artículos 16 de la Ley 38 de 1969, 30 en sus incisos 2, 3 y 4, 36, 37 y 39 del Decreto número 2821 de 1974; 15, 19, 23, 24, 26 a 29, 34, 40, 41, 43, 44, 47, 48, 51, 55, 58, 66, 67, 68 y 73 de la Ley 52 de 1977, y 16 del Decreto número 2218 de 1978 y las demás disposiciones que sean contrarias al presente Decreto.
