Quienes se acojan a la amnistía patrimonial consagrada en el Decreto Legislativo número 3747 de 1982, podrán adicionar sus declaraciones de renta y patrimonio hasta el 1º de septiembre de 1983, con el fin de demostrar el cumplimiento de los requisitos que establece el artículo 3º del citado Decreto número 3747 de 1982. Las personas que se encuentren dentro de las situaciones previstas en el citado artículo 3º, también podrán realizar inversiones en la adquisición de bienes inmuebles.
