El término de la prescripción de la acción de cobro se interrumpe: 1. Por la notificación personal del mandamiento de pago. 2.. Por el otorgamiento de prórrogas u otras facilidades para el pago. Interrumpida la prescripción en la forma prevista en este numeral, principiará a correr de nuevo desde el día siguiente al vencimiento del plazo o plazos acordados para el pago.
