En el evento de que la liquidación oficial no sea objeto de recurso, la sanción mencionada en los artículos 53 y 54, se impondrá mediante providencia que dicte el Administrador de Impuestos correspondiente. En lo demás, se seguirá el trámite previsto en el artículo anterior.
