Si de los hechos aceptados por el contribuyente en la respuesta al requerimiento especial, resulta un mayor valor del impuesto en relación con el determinado en su liquidación privada, la sanción por inexactitud en relación con este mayor valor se reducirá a un ochenta por ciento (80%).
