Para interponer demanda ante los tribunales administrativos y ante el Consejo de Estado, en materia de impuestos de competencia de la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales, deberá prestarse caución por valor igual al cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la suma materia de la impugnación.
