Contra las liquidaciones oficiales de impuestos de competencia de la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales, procede el recurso de reconsideración que deberá interponerse ante la Oficina de Recursos Tributarios de la Administración de Impuestos que hubiere practicado las liquidaciones, dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes a la notificación de las mismas. Si se trata de corrección aritmética, el recurso deberá interponerse ante la Oficina de Liquidación correspondiente.
