Todo apoderado con facultades para intervenir en transacciones relativas a los títulos de que trata el artículo 8º de este Decreto, será solidariamente responsable del pago de los impuestos atribuibles al respectivo título. En dicho caso, la entidad respectiva informará el nombre, NIT y dirección del apoderado en los términos que indique el Gobierno.
