De La Motivación Y Notificación De Los Actos Administrativos Mediante Los Cuales Se Impongan Sanciones Disciplinarias Y De Los Recursos Que Procedan Contra Ellos . Los actos administrativos mediante los cuales se impongan sanciones disciplinarias, deberán ser motivados, se notificarán conforme a lo previsto en el Código Contencioso Administrativo y contra ellos proceden los recursos señalados en el mismo.
