De Las Irregularidades En La Actuación Disciplinaria . Si el funcionario investigador encontrare que en el desarrollo de la investigación disciplinaria se ha incurrido en alguna irregularidad, se procederá a subsanarla antes del cierre de la misma, si ello fuere posible. De lo contrario se decretará la nulidad y se reiniciará la investigación perfeccionando únicamente la parte irregular.
