Perfeccionamiento De La Investigación . Recibida la investigación, el funcionario competente para imponer la sanción disciplinaria, podrá devolverla cuando considere que ésta debe perfeccionarse. En este caso indicará expresamente las diligencias que deben practicarse y se comisionará nuevamente por un término no mayor a cinco (5) días, vencidos los cuales el comisionado emitirá su concepto.
