Vinculación De Otros Funcionarios . También se procederá a ampliar la investigación si en el curso de la misma fuere necesaria la vinculación de otros funcionarios. El auto reunirá los mismos requisitos señalados en el artículo 73 de este Decreto y empezarán a correr nuevamente los términos para los funcionarios últimamente vinculados. No habrá lugar a nuevas vinculaciones cuando se trate de hechos distintos de los que se están investigando y que por falta de conexidad no deban adelantarse conjuntamente, caso en el cual el investigador ordenará el desglose correspondiente y compulsará las copias necesarias, para que el superior ordene adelantar la respectiva investigación.
