Ampliación De La Investigación . Si en el curso de la investigación aparecieren nuevos hechos que puedan constituir falta disciplinaria y que por su conexidad deban investigarse conjuntamente, podrá ampliarse ésta mediante auto debidamente motivado donde se exprese el hecho de la acumulación de la investigación. Cuando este evento se presente luego de haberle corrido el pliego de cargos, se allegarán las pruebas necesarias y se correrá pliego de cargos por los nuevos hechos que aparezcan.
