Período Probatorio. Vencido el término de traslado del pliego de cargos, cuando se trata de un solo funcionario investigado o de último traslado, cuando fueren varios, el investigador decretará y practicará dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles las siguientes, las pruebas que fueren conducentes y pertinentes incluyendo aquellas pruebas dejadas de practicar en las diligencias preliminares.
