Posesión Y Reemplazo Del Abogado De Oficio . El Abogado o representante deberá tomar posesión del cargo, prometiendo ante el investigador cumplir los deberes que el mismo le impone, asistir, representar y asumir la defensa del funcionario investigado en el desarrollo de la investigación disciplinaria. Cuando en el curso de la investigación el Abogado de Oficio o su representante presente renuncia legalmente justificada, se procederá a nombrar su reemplazo de conformidad con lo anterior establecido, suspendiéndose los términos desde el momento de la aceptación de la renuncia hasta la nueva posesión.
