Abogado De Oficio . Como apoderado de oficio se designará un abogado en ejercicio, de la entidad en la cual el investigado presta sus servicios. Si ello no fuere posible, se recurrirá para el efecto a un defensor público. Cuando el investigado comparezca en el curso de la investigación, se dejará constancia de este hecho en el expediente y podrá asumir su propia defensa, caso en el cual cesará en sus funciones el Abogado de Oficio, o su representante sin que opere la suspensión.
