Formulación De Cargos . La formulación de cargos se hará mediante oficio dirigido al investigado, el cual deberá contener, entre otros aspectos los siguientes

a)

Relación de los hechos objeto de la investigación.

b)

Relación de las pruebas practicadas o allegadas que demuestren la existencia de talles hechos.

c)

Cita de las disposiciones legales presuntamente infringidas con los hechos o actos investigados.

d)

Término dentro del cual el investigado deberá presentar al investigador sus descargos, el que no podrá ser superior a ocho (8) días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha de recibo del oficio que contiene los cargos.

e)

Información al investigado sobre el derecho que tiene de aportar y solicitar pruebas y a conocer el informativo, para lo cual se le indicará el lugar en el que permanecerá el expediente a su disposición.

f)

Información sobre el derecho que le asiste de nombrar un apoderado.
