Fundamento De Toda Decisión Disciplinaria. Toda decisión disciplinaria debe fundarse en el grado de responsabilidad del investigado, teniendo en cuenta las pruebas regular y oportunamente allegadas al proceso. Las pruebas deberán ser apreciadas en conjunto de acuerdo con las reglas de la sana crítica, sin perjuicio de la solemnidad prescrita en la ley para la existencia y validez de actos determinados.
