Avisos de ley. El funcionario investigador dará aviso a la Procuraduría General de la Nación y al inculpado, de la apertura de la investigación disciplinaria. Igualmente cumplir con los mecanismos de control establecidos por las respectivas dependencias investigadoras. En cualquier estado de la investigación, cuando se observe que la conducta materia de la investigación pueda constituir infracción a la Ley Penal, el investigador formulará la correspondiente denuncia ante la autoridad competente.
