Recurso Contra La Sanción De Destitución . Contra la resolución que imponga la sanción de destitución, el afectado sólo podrá interponer el recurso de reposición. Ejecutoriada la providencia que resuelva este recurso queda agotada la vía gubernativa. Este recurso debe interponerse dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes de su notificación y se resolverá en un término de treinta (30) días contados a partir de su recibo.
