Circunstancias Que Atenúan La Sanción . Se consideran como circunstancias que atenúan la sanción, las siguientes

a)

Haber observado buena conducta anterior.

b)

Haber actuado por motivos nobles o altruistas.

c)

Haber confesado voluntariamente la falta, sin rehuir la responsabilidad.

d)

Haber sido inducido a cometer la falta por un superior.

e)

Haber estado desempeñando funciones que ordinariamente correspondan a una mayor categoría, cuando la falta consiste en incumplimiento del deber inherente a dichas funciones.
