Imparcialidad De La Investigación . A los funcionarios públicos que adelanten investigaciones disciplinarias, practiquen pruebas o pronuncien decisiones definitivas en procesos disciplinarios, se aplicarán las causales de recusación contempladas en el Código Contencioso Administrativo. Para resolver el impedimento o la recusación, se considerará como superior inmediato del investigador, la autoridad que lo haya comisionado para tal efecto.
