Caducidad De La Acción Disciplinaria . La acción disciplinaria tendrá un término de caducidad cinco (5) años contados a partir del último acto constitutivo de la falta, dentro del cual deberá imponerse y ejecutoriarse la sanción. Para los cursos de ascenso que convoque la Escuela Penitenciaria Nacional, las sanciones impuestas por faltas graves a los funcionarios, tendrán un término de caducidad de tres (3) años.
