Previa Definición Legal De La Falta Y De La Sanción Disciplinaria. Ningún miembro del Cuerpo de Custodia y Vigilancia Penitenciaria Nacional, podrá ser sancionado por un hecho que no haya sido definido previamente en la Constitución Nacional, la ley o este Reglamento, como falta disciplinaria, ni sometido a sanción distinta a la establecida en este estatuto.
