DE LAS CAUSALES DE RETIRO DE LA CARRERA ADMINISTRATIVA ESPECIAL. El retiro de la carrera administrativa especial de la Superintendencia Bancaria se produce por una cualquiera de las siguientes causales

Supresión o fusión del cargo;

Por aceptación de un nombramiento ordinario o provisional, y

Por cualquier otra causal de retiro del servicio contemplada en las disposiciones legales. TITULO V DE LOS DEBERES Y PROHIBICIONES DE LOS FUNCIONARIOS DE CARRERA ADMINISTRATIVA ESPECIAL DE LA SUPERINTENDENCIA BANCARIA.
