DE LOS TERMINOS PARA EMITIR CONCEPTO Y PARA DECIDIR DEFINITIVAMENTE. La comisión de Personal tendrá un plazo de diez (10) días hábiles para rendir su concepto, contados a partir del momento en que se le comunique la existencia de alguna de las causales que contempla el artículo 47 de este estatuto. El Superintendente Bancario dispondrá de un plazo de quince (15) días hábiles para resolver definitivamente, los cuales se contarán a partir del día siguiente a aquel en el cual la Comisión de Personal le comunique su concepto.
