DE LA COMUNICACION DEL NOMBRAMIENTO. Producido el nombramiento, la División de recursos Humanos deberá comunicarla, a la persona designada en un término no superior a tres (3) días hábiles indicando el plazo para manifestar su aceptación o rechazo, el cual no podrá ser superior a diez (10) días, contados a partir de la fecha de recibo de la comunicación.
