DE LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE LA REALIZACION DE LOS CONCURSOS . La División de Recursos Humanos de la Superintendencia Bancaria será responsable de la realización de los concursos de conformidad con las siguientes reglas

Todo concursante deberá haber superado el proceso de preselección;

Los concursantes deberán identificarse para evitar suplantaciones;

Se implantará un control estricto de pruebas, con el fin de evitar la pérdida y divulgación del material de examen, y

Las pruebas deberán tener instrucciones precisas para su diligenciamiento.
