DE LA INSCRIPCION A CONCURSO DE LOS FUNCIONARIOS ESCALAFONADOS EN EL REGIMEN ESPECIAL DE CARRERA. Los funcionarios escalafonados en el régimen especial de carrera administrativa de la Superintendencia Bancaria, por el hecho de formar parte de ésta, estarán automáticamente inscritos en los concursos para los cargos a los que por razón de sus condiciones personales y profesionales puedan aspirar. Corresponderá a la división de Recursos Humanos de la Entidad la labor de inscripción automática en los concursos.
