DE LAS CLASES DE CONCURSO. Los concursos podrán ser

De ascenso o cerrado, para el personal escalafonado en la carrera administrativa especial de la Superintendencia Bancaria, y

Abierto, en el cual pueden participar todas las personas preseleccionadas que reúnan los requisitos para el concurso. Cuando como resultado del mismo se nombre un funcionario inscrito en la carrera administrativa especial de la Superintendencia Bancaria, se considerará como ascenso.
