DEL TERMINO DE LA CONVOCATORIA. La convocatoria la hará el Superintendente Bancario, o la autoridad en quien delegue esta función, con cinco (5) días hábiles de anticipación a la fecha señalada para la realización del concurso. Dicho término podrá prorrogarse, por necesidades del servicio, hasta cinco (5) días más a juicio de la autoridad que la realizó.
